Just now pain from my heart apeared like i was hearing music all of a sudden pain just came to my heart?

im scared. This happens once in a while i mean like 1nce in couple of months. is this normal does it happen to alot of people becuase its normal?im only 17 im scared it might be a bad thing. how can i make my heart more healthier does running help?

At your age, the most likely reason is Heat burn... a reaction to acidity.
Do you have any family history of heart diseases? Are you over weight? Does your exercise stop at the computer keys? Do you eat well?? Veggies and not 'bagged' stuff??If answer is yes... then it is better to take care. Even at 17, taking care is not to early. Heart attacks and heart diseases happen essentially due to bad life styles.So to keep your heart healthy, do the following:
Eat well... fresh veggies should make up more than 50% of your diet if you consume meats.
Exercise till you sweat and maintain a healthy weight... the Kgs should depend on your age/height and genetic makeup.
Keep stress away, keep a happy disposition, laugh a lot, make friend with whom you can share things in your mind and heart.
Keep acidity away... meals at proper times. sit and eat, enjoy every meal (no meals while yu run to school...), plenty of fruit, fish is excellent.Good yu are aware that it is necessary to take care.. you can set a good example for others in your age group and stay healthy all your life.
Most important, stay positive. Life is wonderful!
Relax. Be interested but not scared. Stress and worry contribute to arterial problems. Pay attention to what may bring it on, such as: worry, an action movie, excessive exercise, after a meal, or after a very fatty meal.When you exercise, warm-up, and don't work out at a level where you breathe hard.Eat more fruit and vegies, they are high in anti-oxidants and fiber that keep the fats in your blood stream from being able to clog your arteries.Keep a journal with entries each time it happens, write down duration, level of pain, location, a drawing of the location would be good, what you ate that day and did that day, and the preceding meal. Then you can have something to bring to a doctor to help the evaluation.
