I am currently suffering a recurring Pilondial Sinus. The first was discovered in september last year and subsequently removed by incision and primary closure of the wound in january, resulting in a 4-5 inch scar between my butt cheeks. A second sinus is forming lower down (closer to my anus), and the scar from the initial surgery has started to breakdown.Has anyone out there experienced similar problems with Pilonidal Sinus and how long did it last before you experienced no recurrances?

Hopefully this will be your 2nd and last one. I don't remember anyone having a recurrence of a pilonidal cyst a third time. Maybe read some reviews on the web to see how you can prevent them from returning.
