One guess would be that you are not wearing enough clothing. Some nitetime itching is caused by body hair moving, for instance, a fan blowing it. Or your covers could be tickling or snatching your body hair. If you wear more clothing to bed, you may experience less nighttime itching. Remember, your entire body is covered by hair, some people just either have longer and/or darker body hair that makes it more visiable.
Scabies or bed bugs would be my guess.
It might be bedbugs, but if it is not, it could just be in your head.I am also incredibly itchy at night, but after getting everything checked out it was confirmed to be an overactive imagination.
