Left side of face is numb.?

I'm 33, never had a heart attack or nothing like that. Last night my face starting feeling a little numb. Today it was really numb. Now the left side is all numb, can't close my left eye all the way, can't move my left ear(like how you can make both of them move), the left side of my mouth will not open all the way, it tilts towards the right side. And when I say words like spit, it comes out all funny sounding, like i am spitting.
Answer:
Its Bells Palsy. When I had it I went to the docs and he gave me steroid tablets and it was gone after a week.
For God sake, go to the emergency room!! You're having stroke symptoms and the longer you wait, the more damage it will do! Go now. Don't wait. You can't afford to! Don't drive yourself either! Call the squad or a friend, but GO!
maybe you should go to the hospital? or maybe make and appointment with your doctor...
Go to EMERGENCY at any hospital or emergency-care clinic now! If you are indeed having a stroke, there is only a short window of time (maybe 2 hrs.) in which the doctors will be able to reverse or minimize the affect.
There are more than 100 known causes of facial paralysis, such as Bell's Palsy. When we make facial expressions (such as smiling, frowning, and closing our eyes), the brain sends a signal to the muscles of our face through the pathway of the facial nerve (also known as the 7th cranial nerve). When there is a problem with this pathway, facial paralysis is the result.
Patients with facial palsy for which an underlying cause can be readily found are not generally considered to have Bell's palsy per se. These underlying problems include a tumor, meningitis, stroke, diabetes mellitus, head trauma and inflammatory diseases of the cranial nerves (sarcoidosis, brucellosis, etc.). Have you been recently diagnosed with Lyme's disease or Herpes simplex?
Sounds like Bell's Palsy, but, go to doctor just in case.
Please go to the hospital. These are signs of a stroke. I had a friend who suffered the same symptoms however she did recover. You should thank God right now, It could have been a lot worse!!
By allmeans do not wiggle those ears. turn to the left when you smile at someone and do not wink at a conclusive answer. But above all make an appointment to see your Doctor. NOW!
