That sounds like the symptoms of a stroke or some sort of seizure. You should have your son checked out by a physician. It may be nothing, but it may possibly be a serious underlying condition (seizure, TIA (transient ischemic attack), tumor, etc). Please get it checked out...
it could be bells palsey...and in an extremely rare case the guy above me may be right- id talk to a dr about it
