Are there any natural sources for all of them and what is their destination.
Which one potect from Cancer?
Answer:
all meats, eggs, milk are a natural source of all these amino acids. With whole egg being the best and whey protein isolate being the next best. Proteins are catergorized by thier BV bioavailablity to the body. Egg has 100 that means if you eat a whole egg it is 100 percent digestible and absorbable in the body. Next is Whey protien which is what most body buildiers use because of low cholesterial and the bodydoesn't have to break the food down it is pure amino acids. Next is fish then chicken and last is beef with about 60 percet BV. I have been doing a lot of research on these acids for a while. they all have purpose and job and they are all differnt sizes. Some acids are realy big and some are small and the big ones get top priority leaving small ones like tryptophan crying alone. Tryptophan is realy improtnat cause it creates serotonin which makes melatonin the drug that makes you sleep. without you can get depressed and cranky and have sleep problelms. Arginine is good for hte heart cause it makes nitrous oxide it also create growht hormone. http://users.mrbean.net.au/~wlast/hf3-4.
that site will give you alot of information. some do protect against cancer and some taken alone can cuse cancer like aspartame which is EQAUL and phylanine which is also in EQUAL. There is no problem when eating htem together like if whole foods but problelms cand result when eating thme alone.

  1. Hey guys,

Here you provide some information about Amino Acids. These proteins are formed by polymerizing monomers that are known as amino acids because they contain an amine and a carboxylic acid functional group...

    Creatine
